Submit an initial proposal, including the title of the chapter and the abstract. The deadline for submission of the initial proposal (500 words) is December 31, 2024.

About the Editors
Dr. Eriona Çela is a leading legal luminary in Albania and a distinguished academic, currently serving as a Full-Time Assistant Professor at the University of New York Tirana, where she is a prominent member of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. With a profound background in law and language education, Dr. Çela has established herself as a key figure in legal academia in Albania. She holds a Ph.D. in Teaching Methodology of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" in Italy, enhancing her expertise in both legal and academic contexts. She also possesses degrees in English Language and Law from the University of Tirana and Business Academy College in Albania. Dr. Çela’s legal expertise spans Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, European Integration, Law, and Legal English, among other interdisciplinary interests. Her research and academic contributions emphasize the evolving legal frameworks necessary to address technological advancements and European legal integration. With extensive experience teaching legal subjects and training legal professionals, Dr. Çela has taught at multiple renowned institutions and brings her expertise in translating and interpreting complex legal, business, and educational documents. She has also held significant administrative roles within the Albanian Ministry of Education and Sport, contributing to legal reforms, integration projects, and educational quality assurance. Dr. Çela is actively involved in the academic and legal communities as a managing editor of various editorial boards, and her numerous publications and conference presentations reflect her leadership in advancing legal education and policy in Albania and internationally.
Assoc. Prof. Narasimha Rao Vajjhala is working as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of New York Tirana, Albania. He had previously worked as the Chair of Computer Science and Software Engineering programs at the American University of Nigeria. He is a senior member of ACM and IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM). He is also a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has over 23 years of experience teaching programming and database-related courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in Europe and Africa. He has also worked as a consultant in European technology firms and has experience participating in EU-funded projects. He has completed a Doctorate in Information Systems and Technology (United States); holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications (India), and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems (Switzerland).
Prof. Dr. Behrouz A. Aslani holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where he also earned a Master's in the same field and another in Economics. With extensive global experience, Dr. Aslani has managed multinational projects in over 15 countries and provided consulting services for various sectors. He has taught a wide range of business and management courses to over 8000 students across multiple institutions, including the American University of Nigeria and California State Polytechnic University. Dr. Aslani is also the founder and president of Integrated Renewable Energy Inc., generating significant advancements in solar energy applications.
